Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

You may initiate a return for most items within 30 days of receiving your order. For digital content or services, returns are only accepted where stated or as required by law (such as for defective items).

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items (such as personalised or perishable goods, final sale, hygiene-related items) are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@RideOnToys.eu with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. You’ll receive instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, or you may request store credit or an exchange for another product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), shipping will be covered by us.

  • Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.

  • For faulty or damaged products, please include photos, and contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases (e.g., where items show obvious signs of use).

Legal Rights and Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the UK/EU, a 14-day cooling-off period applies to most online purchases, during which you may cancel and return your order for any reason. Some exceptions apply—see above for non-returnable items. If you are entitled to this right, shipping for returns may be at your expense.
